Model of Community-Led Total Sanitation Pillar One: Open Defecation Free in Sagulung Subdistrict, Batam City

Introduction: Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) is an effort by the government to improve public health. The main focus of pillar one stop open defecation. Sagulung Subdistrict has verified and non-verified ODF villages in their working area. This paper aims create a CLTS model based on Subdistrict. Methods: research used mixed-method that combining qualitative quantitative approaches. An amount 90 families were chosen as respondents using simple random sampling technique. Besides that, three programmers five implementers from also became respondents. Data analysed with Chi-Square test descriptive analysis. Results Discussion: showed declaration local policies aspects had not been fulfilled maximum Sugulung Government. Sungai Lekop Primary Health Care fully aspects: concept, planning, targets (advocated policies). As Non-ODF village, Langkai primary health care did fulfil target (certificate training program, advocated, Conclusion: Variables have optimally can be arranged recommendation successful
